                                                                  TEACHING PRACTICE WEEKLY REPORT- 5

       Week 5 {04/01/2019 and 05/01/2019}

A New year begins with a lot hope and expectations.I really hope that this year will be good and joyful for everyone.This was the fifth week of our teaching practice. In this week there are only two working days.On thursday there was no class due to harthal.
               
          On Friday I have two period in 9b. On the fourth period I discussed the Christmas examination question paper with the students. The students ask their doubts and I cleared their doubts with proper explanation.On the seventh period my concern teacher [Ms Mary Mathew] comes with corrected answe sheets of christmas examination. Most of the students got good marks but few of them are still backward.

         On saturdayI got only one period. It was the second period.On that period I conducted a Pre-test examination as apart of my project " A STUDY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING TEACHING AIDS IN MATHEMATICS" based on their new chapter SOLIDS.  In this week I plan an outline for my conscientization programme.

CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME I conduct a conscientization programme on the topic “Traffic Rules And Road safety” in     M.T.G.H.S. Pathanapuram   on 22/01/2019 Tuesday during   5 th and 6 th period in 9B I selected  this topic in order to create an awareness among students about growth in the number of road accidents.
