HEALTH EDUCATION - NUTRIENTS Nutrients  are molecules in food that all organisms need to make energy, grow, develop, and reproduce. Nutrients are digested and then broken down into basic parts to be used by the organism. There are two main types of nutrients,  macronutrients  and  micronutrients . The three main categories of macronutrients include carbohydrate, protein, and fat. The two types of micronutrients are vitamins and minerals, and these are extra molecules that cells need to make energy. 

YOGA TRIKONASANA The Trikonasana or the Triangle Pose is a Yoga posture that requires practitioners to keep their eyes open, unlike most other asanas. The purpose of this is to maintain balance. This particular asana is a great way to stretch several muscles in the body and improves many functions                     The Benefits Improves blood circulation throughout the whole body. The Trikonasana is a well-known stress buster in the Yoga community. Stimulates renal functions. Fat reduction in the waist and thigh region. Overall body balance is significantly improved. CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAMME I conduct a conscientization programme on the topic “Traffic Rules And Road safety” in     M.T.G.H.S. Pathanapuram   on 22/01/2019 Tuesday during   5 th and 6 th period in 9B I selected  this topic in order to create an awareness among students about growth in the number of road accidents. One of the main reason for their is lack of awareness about the traffic rules among the people, so this programme aimed to create awareness about  the importance of understanding various traffic rules and road safety measure  My conscientization programme was done in a good way. I got a good feedback from the part of the students. All students participated in the programme with a great interest. On Monday ,I conducted an achievement test based on the chapters CIRCLE MEASURES  & REAL NUMBERS. 38 Students were present in the exam.Tuesday was a public holiday .On Wednesday I completed the section 'Area' and  problems based on it. From Thursday to Saturday their will be no teaching practices in School,because our College conducted an International Seminar.
